19	Objective of the Course:	It will be studied the history of first biggest mosque built in the Ottoman geography, which is Bursa Ulucami, its contribution to our history, its important writings on the walls
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	It will contribute to the formation of historical awareness.

Learning Outcomes:

1	To be able to comprehend the importance of the culture of temple in Ottomans and the importance of Bursa Ulucami.;
2	To be able to explain the value of Ulucami's history and culture.;
3	To be able to comprehend the characteristics of Ulucami and its surroundings which have become the commercial, cultural and social center of Bursa which was a capital of the state for a long time.;
4	To be able to explain the values that have made Ulucami the center of the city for centuries.;
5	To be able to comprehend the qualities that the city acquired with the opening of Ulucami and the importance of the expansion of the city center from Hisar to the east in terms of urban development.;
6	To be able to explain Ulucami's building process, its opening, and the main differences between the sources and the legends which have been very common among people. ;
7	To be able to express the multifaceted functions of Ulucami which is not limited to worship only and its contribution to the city.;
8	To be able to comprehend the physical characteristics of the Ulucami, which outshines with its unique writings in Islamic world.;
9	To be able to explain the effects of the messages written on the hüsn-i hat charts throughout history.;
10	To be able to analyze and read the written documents about the Ulucami in the archives and other archive documents in printed sources.;
