19 Objective of the Course: The objective of the course is to understand the origins and evolution, basic principles and characteristics of administrative law. Also to understand the basic subjects of administrative law such as the administrative organisation, public sevice, the administrative acte, the administrative responsibility.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development This course aims to provide the students with a comprehensive knowledge about the field of administrative law. Students will understand of Turkish administrative organization.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To unserstand the characteristics ant the basic principles of administrative law.;
2 To identify the scope of application of administrative law.;
3 To learn the central and local administration and the other public establishments and legal relation with each other.;
4 To understand the concept, the types and the elements of administrative act.;
5 To learn the concept, types, legal regime and execution procedure of public service.;
6 To learn the concept,, and legal regime of the public servants.;
7 To identify the concept and to learn legal regime of the public property.;
8 To identify administrative police, to understand the types and legal regime od administrative police.;
9 To learn the concept of administrative responsibility and its legal regime.;
10 To apply the theorical and abstract knowledges of the principles subjects of administrative law on concrete cases.;
