19 Objective of the Course: At the present day, give basic information about recognized as ordinary public revenues, government debt
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It has a contribution towards forming a basis for the development of students' professional skills related to government debts.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to learn basic information about government debt;
2 To be able to understand its place in the public revenues of borrowing;
3 To be able to learn type of debt and acquire basic knowledge about them;
4 To be able to make analyzes about structure of debt in Turkey;
5 To be able to learn about the international financial organizations;
6 To be able to learn the technique of borrowing;
7 To be able to understand the importance of debt management and correlate with the current economic events;
8 To be able to learn all the effects of government debt and can make assessment according to economic conjuncture;

1 General information about government debts, differences between public revenues, borrowing and tax, differences between private debt with government debt
2 Causes of government debt, government debt limit, the legal basis for government debt
3 Limiting government debt, voluntary debts, forced debts
4 Short – Term Debt, Long- Term Debt
5 Characteristics of domestic debt and external debt, criteria for separating the internal and external debts- domestic debts
6 External Debt and External Aid
7 International Financial Organizations, Financial Organizations Around the World(MİDTERM EXAM)
8 Financial Organizations Around the Europe, Financial Organizations Around the Regional
9 Borrowing technique, benefits provided to savers, guarantees provided to savers, issuance of debt and sales methods
10 Debt management, debt management factors, debt management policy, the relationship between fiscal policy and monetary policy
11 Outstanding of debt management operations, consolidation, conversion
12 Reduction and termination of government debt, reduction and termination without payment of government debts, reduction in payment of debts by, payment of debts by the end of, providing funds to pay and use of funds in payment.
