19	Objective of the Course:	To inform about the basics of commercial undertakings; the corporation law and negotiable instruments.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	This course contributes to learning basic knowledge of commercial undertakings and company law and evaluation of commercial disputes properly.

Learning Outcomes:

1	Knows the concept of commercial undertakings and merchant concept.;
2	Knows the power and results of being merchant. Knows commercial business and related legislation.;
3	Knows commercial suit types and commercial registration office’s organisation;
4	Knows merchant auxiliaries and commercial books.;
5	Knows basic principals of Corporation law and unincorporated company; sole proprietorship and capital corporations.;
6	Knows the organisation of jointstock company and limited liability company.;
7	Knows negotiable instruments concept, bill of exchange and bond.;
8	Knows basic issues about cheque.;

11	Joint stock company – Principles and establishment- Board of Directors- General meeting- Audit.
12	Limited liability company- Principles and establishment- Organs and liquidation.
