19 Objective of the Course: To learn the ordinary and extraordinary legal remedies stipulated in the Administrative Procedure Law No. 2577.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development This course provides students with knowledge about the legal remedies that can be applied against the decisions of the courts of first instance in administrative jurisdiction.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Learning the structure of the district administrative courts;;
2 Learning the qualifications, features and conditions of the appeal legal remedy;;
3 To learn the structure of the litigation chambers and boards of the Council of State;;
4 Learning the qualifications, features and conditions of the appeal;;
5 Learning the qualifications, features and conditions of the retrial;;
6 Learning the qualifications, features and conditions of the appeal for the sake of law; ;
