19 Objective of the Course: To have a knowledge of the basic principles and the importance of the occupational health and safety, to use and interpretation of the law of Occupational Health and Safety, to have a skill of using the national and international legislation.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development According to the Law No. 6331, it is aimed for the parties to know their responsibilities, duties and rights against the dangers and risks they may encounter in the workplaces. Thus, it will provide positive changes in individuals' knowledge, thoughts, attitudes and behaviors regarding health and safety.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To comprehend the issues and fundemental concepts of Occupational Health and Safety Law;
2 To be informed of the historical developments of OHS;
3 To understand the rights and responsibilities of employee at the workplace about OHS;
4 To understand the liabilities of employer at the workplace about OHS;
5 To be informed of the national legislation about OHS;
6 To make a risk assesment about different types of occupations;

8 General Liabilities of the Employer II (conducting risk assesment, charging OHS proffesionals, purchasing OHS service)
