19 Objective of the Course: To build a comprehensive understanding about the fundamantal premises and arguments of organization theories such as Institutional Theory , Resource- dependency Theory and Organizational Ecology.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To improve students's competencies for writing PhD thesis - and papers-based on a theoritically sound research question(s) and comprehensive literature review.

2 Gaining an overview of the basic works of organizational theory;;
3 To be able to learn the historical background of the study theory of organization theory;;
