19 Objective of the Course: This course is aimed to provide the student to comprehend basic features of immune functions and regulation and immunopathogenesis of diseases.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Understanding the basis of the immune system and using it in research
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To understand the general aspects of immune system ;
2 To be informed of names and functions of tissues and cells of immune system;
3 To comprehend mechanisms of innate and adaptive immune system ;
4 To acquire knowledge about immunopathogenesis for evaluating some clinical events;
5 To gain some basic immunological information which provide aid for performing and evaluating some laboratory tests ;
