19 Objective of the Course: It is aimed to give information about the consultation liaison psychiatry, which is a sub-branch of psychiatry, and develop viewpoints about the roles and responsibilities of consultation liaison psychiatric nurses.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Comprehends the basic concepts in the consultation-liaison psychiatry;
2 Learns the historical development of the consultation-liaison psychiatry in the world and in our country;
3 Recognizes the roles and responsibilities of nurses in the consultation-liaison psychiatric nursing;
4 Performs diagnosis according to the biopsychosocial system approach;
5 Comprehends the role and significance of the consultation-liaison psychiatry in physical diseases and medical interventions;
6 Knows the legal and ethical problems in the consultation-liaison psychiatry;

11 Pain from the psychosocial perspective
