19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this course is to provide students with information about the scope and development of mediation and to enable students to analyze the functioning of the mediation process.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It has a contribution towards forming the basis for the development of students' professional skills related to their field.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To have information about the scope and development of mediation;
2 To be able to analyze the mediation process;
3 To know the methods that the mediator will use in the mediation process;
4 Learning the types of mediation;
5 Examining the legal nature of mediation and the binding nature of the mediation agreement;
6 To be able to evaluate mediation within the framework of comparative law;
