19 Objective of the Course: Recent Perspectives on Child Law will be examined with considering doctrine, case law and international conventions.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development In all legal disciplines, it is aimed to produce solutions within the framework of the best interests of the child.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Learning the basic concept of child law;
2 Considering the main factor and importance of principle of the best interests of the child ;
3 Learning the methods of child protection in International law;
4 Determining the rights of child in International and Turkish Law;
5 Learning the definition of child and child’s capacity;
6 Examining the procedure and reasons of establishment and annulment of parentage;
7 Detecting the basic factor on the protection of child by the way of custody and tutorship;
8 Protecting the best interest of child on dispute relating to aliment;
9 Determining the basic concept of international adoption;
10 Comparative analysis between international child abduction and custody;

4 Definition of child and child’s capacity in Turkish and international law
5 Protection the child on dispute relating aliment in Turkish and international law

7 Custody in Turkish and international law
8 Protecting the child by the way of tutorship
9 Protecting the child by the way of tutorship
10 Protecting the child’s properties in Turkish and international law
