19	Objective of the Course:	It is aimed to transfer information about the diagnosis of diseases in the subjects related to the departments within the internship, the treatment of those that can be treated at the level of practitioner and the differentiation of those that require surgical intervention. The objectives of the internship are to provide information about the diseases in the relevant fields, to contribute to preventive medicine services by informing the society about these diseases, to make emergency and first treatments for these diseases, and to distinguish the patients that require expertise.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery disciplines to have knowledge in terms of approach to diseases.

Learning Outcomes:

1	To have knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of the most common diseases belonging to the related disciplines;
2	Defines the basic concepts in the subjects of the related disciplines;
3	To be informed about referral by distinguishing the patients who need specialist knowledge in diseases belonging to the relevant branches;
4	Practicing Wound Care, Dressing and Suturing;
5	Knowing and applying the deontological and ethical rules of the medical profession;
6	To have access to information and continuous improvement skills;
7	Basic ear, nose, throat and head and neck examination To be able to intervene in a patient with nosebleeds;
8	To be able to make eye, vision and fundus examination, to remove foreign body from the eye;
9	To be able to take a general and problem-oriented history in patients belonging to the relevant disciplines;
10	To be able to examine the skin;

Measurement and Evaluation Techniques Used in the Course	A student-centered and competency-based application is implemented.
Information	The half-year exam is a multiple choice test exam consisting of 100 questions. The practice exam is an oral exam that tests the case-based approach. Related to the performance ,students are evaluated as successful and unsuccessful according to their continuity in internships.
