19 Objective of the Course: Main purpose of this course is defining the term of "Civilization" in terms of the different disciplines. And to teach the historical developments and basic characteristics of Islamic Civilization.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To learn the historical developments and basic characteristics of Islamic Civilization.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To gain the ability to explain term of civilization according the different disciplines;
2 To comprehend civilization together with the interaction of different dimensions.;
3 To evaluate the multiplicity of civilizations and their relations with each other;
4 By learning to evaluate the basic characteristics of the Islamic civilization.;
5 Understanding developmental phases the Islamic civilization.;
6 Interpreting the phases of the emergence of Islamic civilization together with the different dimensions.;
7 Comprehending how approached the Islamic Civilization problems faced during the period of Caliphate.;
8 To comprehend the mental basis of the rapid expansion of Islam and its interactions with the new cultural areas during the Umayyad period.;
9 To evaluate the reasons of the success of Islamic Civilization in the field of science, philosophy and art during the Abbasid period.;
10 To evaluate the effect of the Mongol attack on the Islamic;
