19 Objective of the Course: To examine various policy instruments applied in the field of international economic relations and to understand their effects.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To enable students to gain profession in various institutions with international connections by gaining the ability to understand and interpret international economic policies.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To learn the purpose and reasons of implementation of foreign trade policies.;
2 To recognize the instruments of international economy policy. ;
3 To be able to observe the effects of policies with a comperative view.;
4 To recognize policies such as strategic trade policy, export promotion and various incentive policies.;
5 To be able to analyse the effects of strategic trade and promotion policies.;
6 To be able to analyse the effects of promotion and protection policies on trade and growth.;
7 To learn the exchange rate definitions;
8 To learn the relation between international capital flows and Exchange rate changes.;
9 To analyse the political economy of trade policy.;
10 To learn the Balance of Payments(Bop) and theories concerning BoP .;
