19 | Objective of the Course: | To give students the basic knowledge about the Constitution, constitutional concepts, institutions and codes as well as the period before Turkey’s 1982 Constitution and the constitutional order of the country under the rule of 1982 Constitution. Besides, the course aims to provide students with a repertoire on the functions and objectives of constitutions which is hopefully thought to contribute to their attitudes to behave in accordance with basic rules of law. Furthermore, the course aims to equip the students with the skills of utilizing their knowledge on law in their professional lives. |
