19 Objective of the Course: The course aims to provide the students with the knowledge of the different ways of judiciary control over administrative acts and operations and the principles of this judiciary process as well as the legal outcomes of such kind of judiciary control.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To have a general repertoire on judgmental law and a legal perspective based on this knowledge.;
2 To gain a consciousness for demanding justice in situations in which administrative acts and operations cause harm. ;
3 To learn the possible ways through which the citizens can seek justice for the losses they are exposed to due to administrative acts and operations. ;
4 To enable those graduates who are to work in public sector as administrators with the necessary repertoire for defending State administration in a more effective way. ;
5 To minimize the illegal acts and operations of administrators in order to cut down the compensation that the State has to pay.;
6 To contribute students’ success in qualifying exams for the positions of administrative judges and governors. ;

3 Preconditions for the Lawsuits of Administrative Justice-I
4 Preconditions for the Lawsuits of Administrative Justice-II
5 The process following the commencement of the lawsuit
6 Essential investigation of the cancellation lawsuits
7 Essential investigation of full judgement lawsuits
8 The elimination of the reservations about verdicts in Administrative Justice and the inquiry on these reservations
9 The cancellation of acts and operations in Administrative Justice and procedures concerning the opposing parties
10 The attendant in Administrative Justice and authorized judgement terrain
11 Judgement expenses in Administrative Justice and warranty
12 Legal remedy in Administrative Justice –I
13 Legal remedy in Administrative Justice –II
14 The procedures about the opposing parties that terminates the trial and an example of lawsuit process in Administrative Justice
