19	Objective of the Course:	The aims of this course can be defined as understanding of importance of medicinal plants in the World and Turkey, revealing its role in the World and Turkey trade, introducing of this plants group, teaching the general cultivation techniques, introducing particular economic importance for Turkey and teaching culture of medicinal plants.

Learning Outcomes:

1 The importance of medicinal plants in agriculture of World and Turkey.; 2 To be able to learn especially agronomy of medicinal plants more than other field crops plants.; 3 To be able to obtain information about general characteristics of medicinal plants.; 4 To be able to obtain information about ecological requirements techniques of growing, drying and store in this plants.; 5 To be able to give information to the producers about providing material, production process and about marketing.;

9	Essential oils and their characteristics.
10	Importance of some plants belong to Apiaceae family (dill, coriander, fennel, anis), characteristics of herb, technique of agronomy and uses of them.
11	Importance of some plants belong to Apiaceae family (daisy,fleaworth), characteristics of herb, technique of agronomy and uses of them.
12	Importance of some plants belong to Lamiaceae family (mint, oregano) characteristics of herb, .technique of agronomy and uses of locality.
