19 Objective of the Course: To teach developments in the administrative area occurred from Hun Turkish Empire that was the first Turkish state to period of Republic of Turkey and external interactions.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Understand government, nation, understanding of homeland and management way.;
2 To obtain information about the source of domination of the Turks.;
3 Understands format of state administration in the Turks states.;
4 Understands the financial organization of the Turkish states.;
5 Student will have information on the Turkish states’ judicial system.;
6 Understands of Turkish states’ land organization.;
7 Understands the central and provincial organizations.;
8 Learn that impact on the Turkish administrative structure of the Islamic Arab organizations on the Ghaznavids Time.;
9 Learn that impact on the Turkish administrative structure of the Western Europe organizations on the Ottoman time.;

1 Homeland of the Turks and were found Turkish states in history.
2 Country and army government on the Pre-Islamic Turks states.
3 Period of Pre-Islamic Turks states fiscal and judicial administration.
4 State administration, military, fiscal and judicial organization on the Karahanids which was the first Turk state.
5 Administrative developments that occurred influence of the the Islamic caliphate on the Ghaznavids.
6 Council (divan) and court organization Ghaznavids.
7 Country management, state administration, military, fiscal and judicial organization on the Ghaznavids.

10 Military, fiscal and judicial organization on the Great Seljuk State.
