19 Objective of the Course: To give information to students about the logic of basic accounting, accounting books, financial statements, corporate finance, functions of corporate finance, financial markets and financial assets; and to improve students’ ability of interpretation and analysis on these topics.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Understand the basic accounting concepts and technical structure of accounting;
2 Understand the accounting process and the importance of accounting books and documents;
3 Have skill about analyzing and interpreting financial statements;
4 Understand functions of financial management in the enterprises;
5 To be able to provide solutions for the financial problems of the enterprises;
6 Have knowledge about mechanisms of financial markets, have ability of analyzing and interpreting the financial developments;
