19 | Objective of the Course: | 1-To convey general information about both the history of Middle East and the civilizations founded in this region from prehistoric period to early 20th century. 2- To take into account the history of Middle East, the main context of this course, from 18th century to 20th century. 3- To inform students about the politics of the states founded in the Middle East and the alliances established among these states. 4- To teach important notions peculiar to the Middle East and to provide the use of these notions in current history. 5-Relying on scientific literature and visual materials, to enlighten students about the current issues they interested in the history of Middle East (such as Middle East and terrorism, The Middle East politics of USA and Europe). |
