19 | Objective of the Course: | In this course, acquiring knowledge of students about the historical developments of Balkans where is geographically part of Turkey, historical and cultural ties with Turkey, peoples living in this region, conflicts, minority and ethnic issues in Balkans, place of the region in the international system, political of the other states and regional – international organizations towards the Balkans, affects of the changes in post-Cold War to the region. |
