19 Objective of the Course: In this course, conveying knowledges about transformations of international system in the 2000s is purposed to phd students in the department of International Relations.

1 To be able to acquire knowledge about historical development of international system;
2 To be able to learn theoretical studies to analyze international system in the post Cold War Era.;
3 To be able to acquire knowledge about policies made by the USA in the international system. ;
4 To be able to learn development of the Russia and China’s policies in the international system.;
5 To be able to learn development of the EU’s policies in the international system.;
6 To be able to acquire knowledge about changes on power and security perception in the international system. ;
7 To be able to learn the role of Turkey in the international system.;
8 To be able to acquire knowledge about crises and solution ways of crises in the international system. ;
