19 Objective of the Course: The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the basic concepts of macroeconomics and to provide an understanding of national economic issues.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Students will learn basic concepts of macroeconomics.;
2 Students will be able to identify national economic issues;
3 Students will be able to explain the relationship between money and economic activities.;
4 Students will be able to identify the government macroeconomic policy instruments.;
5 Students will be able evaluate the impact of government's economic policy on national income.;
6 Students will be able to understand the functions of financial institutions.;
7 Students will be able to evaluate the effects of foreign trade on the country's economy.;
8 Students will be able to understand and compare the features of the basic macroeconomic models.;
