19 Objective of the Course: The objective of this course is to inform about nationality law, foreigners law and law disputes in consideration of international private law.

1 To be able to know historical background of international private law;
2 To be able to know relations of international private law-domestic law-international public law;
3 To be able to have information about law disputes, nationality law and foreigners law;
4 To be able to know aims of international private law regulations;
5 To be able to have information about sources of international private law;
6 To be able to know dispute of characteristic in international private law;
7 To be able to know cheating law at international private law (midterm exam);
8 To be able to know reference theory at international private law;
9 To be able to have information about preliminary issue at international private law;
10 To be able to have information about public order at international private law;
