Learning Outcomes:

1 To be able to learn about concept of human rights and classification of human rights; 2 To be able to learn intellectual developments about human rights and fundamental freedoms; 3 To be able to learn about the evaluation of human rights in the field of positive law; 4 To be able to learn relations of international law-national law at human rights and fundamental freedoms; 5 To be able to acquires knowledge restrictions of human rights and fundamental freedoms; 6 To be able to acquires knowledge about related clauses of human rights and fundamental freedoms of 1982 Constitution; 7 To be able to learn human rights and fundamental freedoms within the frame of UN (midterm exam); 8 To be able to learn human rights and fundamental freedoms within the frame of Council of Europe; 9 To be able to acquires knowledge about institutional power and jurisdiction of European Court of Human Rights; 10 To be able to acquires knowledge about case of human rights in European Union;
