19 Objective of the Course: In this course, acquiring knowledge of students about concept of human rights and fundamental freedoms, protect mechanisms of human rights and fundamental freedoms in Turkey and world

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to learn about concept of human rights and classification of human rights;
2 To be able to learn intellectual developments about human rights and fundamental freedoms;
3 To be able to learn about the evaluation of human rights in the field of positive law;
4 To be able to learn relations of international law-national law at human rights and fundamental freedoms;
5 To be able to acquires knowledge restrictions of human rights and fundamental freedoms;
6 To be able to acquires knowledge about related clauses of human rights and fundamental freedoms of 1982 Constitution;
7 To be able to learn human rights and fundamental freedoms within the frame of UN (midterm exam);
8 To be able to learn human rights and fundamental freedoms within the frame of Council of Europe;
9 To be able to acquires knowledge about institutional power and jurisdiction of European Court of Human Rights;
10 To be able to acquires knowledge about case of human rights in European Union;

6 Related clauses of human rights and fundamental freedoms of 1982 Constitution
7 Rights of persons by the constitution of 1982 regulations
8 Social and economical rights by the constitution of 1982 regulations
9 Political rights by the constitution of 1982 regulations
10 Human rights and fundamental freedoms within the frame of UN
11 Human rights and fundamental freedoms within the frame of Council of Europe
